Motion for A Stay of Certification and of the Eighth Ward Election

            Now comes Wilbur W. Jennings, based upon his verified petition, exhibits, and brief, and moves that this Honorable Count stay pendente lite the certification of the Democratic Candidate for Council Person in the Eighth Ward, the election of the Eighth Ward Council Person on November 7, 2006, and order all records of the this proceeding to be transferred  to the R.I. Supreme Court;  otherwise the review of the loss of Constitutional rights will be moot.
